Investment process: focus on winners
Greenrock targets a focused portfolio of 20 to 40 holdings. Believing that it is better for a company to do many things well than to do one thing exceptionally, we employ a rigorous, multi-parameter analysis:

• People
  Management has a track record of success.
• Potential
  Analysis is done on the potential of current products as well as the technology pipeline. Preference is given to companies with proprietary technologies and sustainable competitive advantages.
• Profitability
  We look for companies with demonstrable demand for their products, strong operational performance and profitable growth funded by operational cash flow.
• Price
  To balance investing for growth with preserving capital, we buy undervalued companies based on future free cash flow and will sell when future optimism is fully discounted.
